What Do I Need to Be Eligible for a VA IRRRL Loan?
- You must currently have a VA loan.
- You must lower your interest rate by a minimum of 0.50% (unless moving from an ARM to a fixed rate loan)
- You must be able to recoup any costs associated with the refinance in 36 months or less. (We calculate this for you up front)
- You must be current on your loan payments and have no more than (2) mortgage lates in the previous 12 months.
