Verbal Consent Script
During phone consultations, the following is read to borrowers before any text messages are sent:
"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Peoples Bank and Trust regarding your mortgage inquiry. This may include loan status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and general follow-up communication. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service."
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
